Lease road access is confirmed before dispatch. Not every carrier will run a gravel lease road, and not every truck should. We confirm the carrier knows what he’s driving into — road condition, turning radius, and whether the pad can take a 53’ trailer — before he’s three hours out and calling for directions.
Rig schedules drive the plan. Day-rate is the most expensive clock in the business. We build the transit around the location’s need-by, and if the capacity isn’t there to hit it, we say so before you plan around a truck that isn’t coming.
Pipe is secured for the road it’s actually on. Bunks, chains, and bundling matched to the pipe and the route. Pipe that shifts on a lease road is a claim and a shutdown, not an inconvenience.
Oversize is permitted before it moves. Compressors, vessels, and rig components get route surveys, state permits, and escorts worked before dispatch. A permit chased after the truck rolls is a truck parked on the shoulder.
